David Mayes Obituary, Indianapolis Indiana, David Mayes Has Died
David Mayes Obituary, Death – Since I found out about the untimely passing of David Mayes II about a week ago, I have been in a state of disbelief ever since I learned about it. I cannot believe that David Mayes II passed away so young. I still find it hard to believe that he is not here with us. It is still very difficult for me to accept the fact that he is not here with us. I am sorry for your loss and want to express my condolences to Wendy and the rest of the Mayes family on the passing of a member of your family.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. It is my sincere wish that the knowledge that you are continually in my thoughts and prayers would bring you some amount of comfort. For to be able to call David a friend was a privilege, and not just because he was a tremendously great musician; rather, it was due to the fact that he was an incredible human person. Not only was he a phenomenally skilled musician, but he was also an incredible human person. David was a musician with a high level of talent who was able to stand on his own.
When we finally got the chance to talk to one another, we were already familiar with one another due to the fact that we had attended Eastwood and North Central High Schools at the same time during our high school years. This was the beginning of our mutual acquaintance with one another. I’m going to take a stab in the dark and say that right this second you are in heaven performing an incredible concert with Prince and Jamerson, and that you are also sharing the stage with the two of them. This is just a crazy guess, but I’m going to go ahead and make it. In addition, if I had to guess, I would say that you and the two of them are working together on this project in some capacity. I’m going to make it a point to pray that the Lord watches over you and protects you at all times, buddy. I want nothing more than for the Lord to have your back. I want you to understand that I am concerned about you.
