David Walters Obituary, Steep Hill Mourns the Passing of Board Member

David Walters Obituary, Death- Reports that have emerged in the media not too long ago give the impression that David Walters, who served as a member of the Board of Directors of Steep Hill Inc. (CSE: STPH), died away not too long ago. These reports were made public not too long ago. According to these sources, the news of David Walters’s demise was apparently released not too long ago. These allegations are somewhat new to the general public’s consciousness, having only lately been brought to their notice.

Despite the fact that the Board of Directors and management are filled with tremendous sadness over the current situation, this statement is being made anyway. This is as a result of the Board of Directors coming to the conclusion that it is appropriate to make this announcement. David joined the board of directors of the organization that was once known as Canbud Distribution Corp. and is now known as Steep Hill Inc. when the company was going through the procedures necessary to become a publicly listed corporation. Steep Hill Inc. was formerly known as Canbud Distribution Corp. During the time that David was still working full-time for the organization, he oversaw all of the activities that were conducted by the Audit Committee. He was in charge of the operation of the business on a daily basis.
