Born on April 20, 1932, Frank was the cherished only child of Edward A. Bullis and Helen Ladd Bullis. Throughout his life, Frank dedicated himself to his family and his passion for dairy farming at Savage View Farm in Grand Isle.
After graduating from Milton High School in 1950, Frank served in the US Army for two years before returning to his beloved farm. He married the love of his life, Nancy Manley, on June 26, 1954, and together they raised four children.
Frank’s commitment to the farming community extended beyond his own land, as he sold and serviced milking equipment and served in various agricultural organizations.

They also treasured visits to their children and grandchildren in Connecticut and the Hudson Valley. Their winters in Bonita Springs, FL, provided them with a special retreat.
An avid outdoorsman, Frank enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life. His love for animals and nature was evident, and he shared many adventures with loved ones in pursuit of the perfect catch or trophy.
Despite challenges faced in his early education due to dyslexia and being left-handed, Frank excelled in mechanics and athletics, leaving a lasting impression on the basketball court and the baseball diamond.
Frank will be dearly missed by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family. He is survived by his sister-in-law, brother-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
