Glenda Aileen Obituary, Death – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Glenda Aileen Walsh on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Bonney Lodge in Barmera. Glenda, aged 96 years, lived a life filled with love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family.

Glenda was the beloved wife of the late Murray Walsh, a devoted partner who shared countless precious moments together. She was a loving and nurturing mother to Terry, Chris, and Rod, and her guidance and support will be forever treasured.

As a cherished nanna, Glenda held a special place in the hearts of her grandchildren, Carly, Nikki, Adele, Erin, and Rory. Her love extended to her seven great-grandchildren, bringing joy and happiness to their lives.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated and caring staff at Bonney Lodge. Their unwavering support and compassion provided comfort and solace during Glenda’s final days.

Family and friends are respectfully invited to join together in honoring Glenda’s life during her funeral service. The service will be held at the Riverland Funeral Chapel, located at 32 Hughes Street, Berri, on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Following the service, a private cremation will take place at the Riverland Crematorium.

Glenda Aileen Walsh will forever be remembered for the joy she brought to all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her loving spirit continue to guide and inspire us all.
