Mark Kukulka Obituary, Death – Mark John Kukulka died on June 12, 2023, joining Jesus. He fights pancreatic cancer bravely. Miss him! We wanted more time with him. However, we’re thrilled Jesus is holding him. His eternal home begins now. Mark’s great faith has comforted us.
Susan, Mark’s faithful wife, is alive. 34 years married on August 26. The years flew by, and they did many fantastic things together. Four gorgeous children followed their marriage. Arielle and Caterina, married Tim Koerber, and Ciara, Josiah, and Isaac, married John Bauer. Graham, Gianna, Brett, Beckham (Ciara & John), and Mark (Arielle & Tim) are his “MJ” children. He left his adored nieces and nephews. He loves grandchildren!
Betty and John Kukulka raised Mark in Wausau, Wisconsin. His siblings Mike and Marla reared him. Mark was the oldest. They also cared for their foster kids. Susan’s return to her house to discuss international exchange students may sway Mark. Mark craved knowledge. He read and researched in his free time. He liked camping and the Boundary Waters. He and his wife bought a modest northern house and are renovating it. Originally called Fairy Light Pines. It holds fond recollections of his parents’ time there.
Mark took chances and behaved responsibly. After 22 years, he retired as a Captain. He helped the church, Junior Achievement, and Boy Scouts. He was popular and moral due to his cheerful approach and devotion to the Lord. Mark’s knowledge helped many. He knew that helping others also helped oneself. His legacy will always remind us that our actions can affect others’ ideas and feelings. Mark’s life will remind us of the benefits of living a life of love and service as Christ did for us. He improved Earth.
