The incident occurred on westbound I-275 in Anderson Township, causing the closure of the highway for several hours. Matthew’s identity has been confirmed by the Ohio Department of Public Safety through the crash report.

Disturbingly, Hamilton County emergency radio traffic revealed that Matthew was being pursued by an individual in a blue Toyota Corolla, who allegedly brandished a firearm before the loss of control ensued.
