Michael Scott Obituary, Death – In a devastating incident, a motorcyclist lost his life and his passenger suffered severe injuries following a collision with an SUV in Gnesen Township, north of Duluth.
The tragic event took place at approximately 6 p.m. on Thursday, in the 7400 block of Rice Lake Road, as reported by the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael A. Scott, a 62-year-old resident of Duluth, was pronounced deceased at the scene by responding emergency personnel. The loss of a beloved member of the community has left family, friends, and acquaintances in a state of deep sorrow.
The female passenger who accompanied Scott on the motorcycle was transported to the hospital with critical injuries, as stated by the Sheriff’s Office.
