Norcleather Tolbert Obituary, Death – Carter Funeral Home is saddened to announce the peaceful transition of Ms. Norcleather J. Tolbert, aged 69, a beloved resident of Buford, Georgia. Born and raised in Bullock County, she passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023, at her residence.

Ms. Tolbert will always be remembered for her caring smile and dedication to providing skilled nursing care to countless residents in the area. Her compassionate nature touched the lives of many.

To honor her memory, a Commemoration of Life will take place at Carter Funeral Home. A public visitation will be held on Friday, July 7, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, allowing friends and family to pay their respects and celebrate the life she lived.

The Farewell Life Celebration will continue with a Graveside service on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 11:00 am. The ceremony will be held at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Cemetery in Union Springs, AL. The eulogy will be delivered by Pastor James N. Robbins, Sr., representing the Mt. Zion and Mt. Coney Missionary Baptist Churches.
