Suzanne Carley Obituary, Death – Suzanne Gail Carley, born on August 17, 1944, in Houston, Texas, peacefully passed away on July 6, 2023, in Cleveland, Texas, at the age of 78. Suzanne dedicated 18 years of her life to serving the community at Woodforest Bank in Cleveland, where she tirelessly helped those in need.

With a deep affection for animals, Suzanne’s heart belonged to her beloved dog, Honey. She cherished her trips to Las Vegas, where she indulged in her passion for playing Bingo and visiting Game Rooms.

Suzanne’s love for her family knew no bounds, and her presence will be profoundly missed by her loved ones and all who had the privilege of knowing her in the Cleveland community.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Naomi Mary Gibbons; her cherished husband, Carol Carley; her son, Forest Morgan McQueen; and her sister, Linda Gibbons.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Tarver; son, John Burns and his wife Debbie; brother, Don Gibbons; grandchildren, Brandi Griffin and J.W. Burns; great-grandchildren, Skyler Griffin, Keilee Haggard, Paisley James Burns, Jacob Wesley Burns, Lauren Riley Burns; and niece, Angelique Gibbons.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 13, 2023, at 10:00 AM in the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Bro. Carl Williamson. Suzanne will be laid to rest in the Brookside Cemetery in Houston, Texas, following the service. Pallbearers for the occasion will be J.W. Burns, John Burns, Devin Vanhove, Freddy Lee, Foster Harmon, and Jason Collier.
