Taylor Powell was born to Mrs. Billie (Bowles) Powell and the late John Anthony (Tony) Powell on March 3, 1998, in Wake County.
They were overjoyed to become parents to their new daughter. Bowles had been her mother’s maiden name, but once she got married, she adopted the surname of her new husband and dropped the Bowles moniker.
